We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund for merchandise returned unused within 30 days of receipt, with the following exception: Merchandise marked "Final Sale" or with a price ending in .98 may not be returned or exchanged. Returns after 30 days will receive store credit for the current selling price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days.
To start your return, please enter your order number (numbers only, no letters) and email address above. When making a return, please indicate whether you would like a refund or credit. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We provide shipping labels in the case of an incorrect or damaged order. Please email a picture of the incorrect or damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org. The picture will help us keep track of the issues and allow us to continuously improve our operations. We will then work to resolve the issue with you either through a refund or by sending a replacement.
For all other returns (disliked style, etc), the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable return method, as Mata Traders cannot be responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. Please allow a processing time of two weeks on returns.
If you are a local (Chicago) customer, you can return items to our office during regular pick up hours, which are 12-4 pm, Tuesday and Friday. Our office is located at 5112 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60640.
If you are an international customer, including Canada, please email email@example.com to process your return.
We do not offer exchanges, but if you wish to replace your return with another item, you are welcome to return the item for a refund and reorder the size or style you would like instead. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a code to help with this process. Please title your email "RETURNS [Your order #]", and we'll get back to you within 2 business days.
