Mata strives to process your order within 3 business days, although it may take a little longer during high volume periods, such as sales. Our office and warehouse are open Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12pm CT on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Our office and warehouse are closed on all major US holidays, so orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Illinois is an origin based state for sales tax purposes. Since Mata Traders’ fulfillment warehouse is located in Illinois, residents of Illinois are subject to a Cook County sales tax rate of 10.25% as a result of online purchases.

Local Chicago Pickup
Local Chicago pickup is also available for free! Select 'Pick Up' as your Delivery Method at checkout. When your order is ready you will be sent an email with details on pickup times at Mata Traders' Ravenswood headquarters located at 5112 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60640. Pickup hours are on Tuesday and Friday between 12-4pm. Please ring the doorbell to be let in.
Regular Shipping + Signature Required
Customers who have had issues with packages not arriving at their address may prefer to choose the Regular Shipping + Signature Required option at checkout for an additional $5. We recommend this shipping method for anyone who is concerned about stolen packages.

We are currently offering international shipping to Canada only via USPS for $35 USD, regardless of order size. Delivery typically takes 1-4 weeks to arrive once the order is shipped from our warehouse. Delays in customs can increase delivery times. Shipping includes tracking information. We are not able to offer expedited shipping options at this time.
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. We are not responsible for any of these charges since they occur after the items are shipped from our warehouse as we are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied.
