Return/exchange within 30 days

• We accept new, unworn, unwashed returns within 30 days of delivery date
• Last Chance and merchandise marked “Final Sale” is unable to be returned or exchanged 

Return options

Add “Easy Returns + Package Protection” at checkout. This allows you unlimited free returns + exchanges on returnable items within the 30-day window, covering return/exchange shipping costs and protecting a damaged or lost package. 

Without adding this package, shipping costs for original orders and returns/exchanges are paid by customer.

Shipping

U.S. domestic orders 5-8 business days for standard shipping and 2-4 business days for expedited shipping, including a few business days for us to prepare your order. High volume periods like sales can be particularly busy, and add some additional time for processing.

Local Pickup

We offer a local pickup option at checkout for our Chicago customers!
